Rayal Engineering Company started in 1996 by qualified young Engineers with a penchant for innovations. We have a large clientele which includes private and Government bus companies, tourist operators, educational institutions etc. The company is located at Karur which is a major industrial town of Tamil Nadu.

We at Rayal build a variety of buses. We build 50 buses every month. Our products are known for their sleek look, sturdiness, durability and comfort. Price wise we offer very competitive rates.

 

With around 100 experienced key personnel and enthusiastic skilled workforce, we have built over 1500 buses since 2000 catering to a wide variety of clientele needs.

About Our Company

We wish to introduce ourselves as one of the leading and top most Bus Body Builders in Tamilnadu as well as in SOUTH INDIA.

We are well experienced in the construction of all type of Buses especially Non-AC or AC type Semi-Sleeper Deluxe Coaches challanging in Technology since 1996 eventhough we are in the field form 1984. We started our own in 1996 and the company is stituated on the side of karur - Coimbatore NH 47 Road in a 4 Acres land which is 4KM away from Banglore - Madurai Bye-Pass NH7 Road.

Having the required man power and modernised machineries our production capacity is 50 Buses per month. All the fabrication works, Phosphating, Polishing and all the fibre work are being done under one roof under our direct control. We have also been selected for 'A' Grade by the Accreditation Committee of CIRT, Pune.

We have produced and built precision bus bodies taking care to ensure that the materials used provides long trouble free life. Our finished products stand testimony for flexibility innovation and quality. We build as standard every option and variation you require to exactly meet the needs of the people using our vehicles. In addition to building bus bodies we also fabricate any category of engineering products that can be made out of M.S. sheets/Steel Tubes/Aluminium Extrusions/Alu. Sheets.

We have built Bus Bodies to the following Government Transports Corporation from the year 2004 offering two years warranty:-
